How do I make a return?
Returns made easy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can easily return your order within 14 days .
How it works:
- Simply send us an email with your order number to hello@impressaura.com
- We will send you all the information you need for your return.
- Pack the item securely and return it to the address provided.
Once we receive and inspect the return, we will refund the purchase amount using your original payment method.
How long is the delivery time?
Since we ship worldwide, the standard delivery time is 3 to 8 business days. To ensure you receive only flawless products, we subject every order to careful quality control. In rare cases, this may result in a slight delay—up to a maximum of 11 days.
If you've ordered multiple items and some are already ready to ship, we'll be happy to ship them in advance. This way, you don't have to wait unnecessarily – the remaining items will follow as soon as possible.
