That's why we offer a risk-free 14-day money-back guarantee on your order. If you're not satisfied, you can return your product at any time.

Please note, however, that if the return period is exceeded, the return cannot be accepted.

Process:

To ensure a smooth return, we ask our customers to follow the following steps carefully:

1. Contact us: Send us an email to hello@impressaura.com with your order number and indicate which items you would like to return.

2. Return: After receiving your request, our customer service will send you instructions on how to proceed and the address to which the return must be sent.

Please note that our imprint only contains our company address, and no parcels may be sent there without prior notice. Parcels sent there without prior contact cannot be accepted.

3. Shipping: Ship the item according to the customer service instructions and within the 14-day return period.

4. Refund: Once the returned items have been received and inspected at our returns warehouse, the corresponding amount will be credited to your original payment method, less any restocking fees. This process may take 5-10 business days.

5. Inquiries: If you have not received a refund after this time, please contact our customer service again at hello@impressaura.com
